Beat the Heat with Ruby’s Sno-balls Gourmet Shaved Ice in East Dallas

Summer is right around the corner and I am already thinking about all the tasty, cold treats to indulge in. ?

Ruby’s Sno-balls is a local favorite in East Dallas (my home), so you bet I had to share this sweet recommendation with y’all. ?

While many of you are familiar with snow cones, Ruby’s Sno-balls are anything but basic. A sno-ball is soft, fluffy, powdery and full of flavor with every bite. Best of all, Ruby’s Sno-balls contain no added preservatives and their syrups are made daily with pure cane sugar.

What I love about Ruby’s Sno-balls are the weekly and monthly selection of flavors. There are specialty flavors that can range from matcha to coconut cream to grapefruit and classic flavors like banana, cotton candy, and raspberry.

You can even top off your sno-balls with sweet condensed milk and create some really tasty combinations. I cannot wait to try the Chocolate Cream + Strawberry Cream, the Earl Grey + Grapefruit, and the Matcha + Orchid Vanilla Cream sno-balls.

When I visited Ruby’s Sno-balls, I tried the Spring Thyme, Tangelo, and Strawberry flavors. They were all so yummy! I was even able to top off some of my sno-balls with Tajin, my favorite Mexican seasoning. ?

Next time you are in the East Dallas area, do not forget to swing by Ruby’s Sno-balls. And if you are not in the area, make the trip out to Ruby’s Sno-balls anyway, you will not regret it!

To keep up with the latest and newest flavors, follow Ruby’s Sno-balls on social media or check their website. You can find Ruby’s Sno-balls at La Victoria Restaurant and there is plenty of parking outside.

This is one local gem you will not want to miss this summer!

This literally makes me want to get on a plane and fly to Dallas. How amazing they make this preservative free and with real sugar! That’s not common and the reason why I never let me kiddo eat stuff like this. But man… I’ll take one with condensed milk and matcha, please!!

I love sno-balls! The prices for the sno-balls look really good. It looks like you get a good amount for your money. There’s a local place where I live (Detroit) that makes sno-balls and I am looking forward to taking my kids to try their first sno-ball!
